Our Mission

Angels Wings and Hooves knows that our strength lies not only in the words we stand by. but most importantly through the actions of our initiatives. Back in 2015, our nonprofit organization realized that by working together we can help people to overcome their challenges. At the same time help with saving animals needing homes through animal rescue and through that the need to help others, Angels Wings and Hooves Inc. was born.

Our animal therapy program is called Zanders Beat. Named in memory of our son Alexander (Nicknamed Zander by his siblings) He lost his battle with substance abuse at the age of 24. Going through recovery individuals are told not to own a pet until quite awhile into their recovery journey. So we offer a place with no judgements, a private setting and welcoming to come visit.

We extend an invitation to individuals in recovery, PTSD, anxieties and as well as special needs individuals to spend some time here with our animals. Brush the horses, Read to our Llama. Play with the goats, pet the sheep, or sing to the pigs. What ever you feel will help you get through a day. We also offer educational programs to camps, school or organizations. yes, some of our critters will travel.
